HSE Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct daily HSE inspections at work sites, labour camps, and operational vehicles. Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures and UAE regulations. Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA). Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and awareness training. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and prepare investigation reports. Monitor emergency preparedness, first aid facilities, and firefighting equipment. Verify vehicle safety, housekeeping, and welfare standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports. Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely closure of HSE observations. Promote a proactive safety culture across all operations. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory). Minimum 5 years of UAE -HSE experience in waste management, facilities management, municipal services, construction, or a related industry. Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, ADOSH/EHSMS, and ISO 45001,14001, 9001 & 22301(BCM) requirements. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
