HR & Recruitment Executive - Real Estate

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong real estate sales team. Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and industry contacts. Identify experienced real estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. Conduct initial screening, interviews and candidate assessments. Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates. Coordinate onboarding and induction of selected salespeople. Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives. Assist in establishing HR policies, procedures and basic HR systems. Maintain proper employee records and recruitment documentation. Continuously expand Zopa Plus's recruitment network within the Dubai real estate market. Desired Candidate Profile 2–5+ years of HR/recruitment experience in Dubai, preferably with a real estate company. Experience recruiting real estate agents/salespeople is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate recruitment market. Existing network of real estate professionals will be a major advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills. Proactive, target-oriented and highly self-motivated. Ability to work independently and build the recruitment function from the ground up. UAE experience is essential. The Person We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in someone who is currently working or has recently worked as an HR/Recruitment professional within a Dubai real estate company and understands where and how to find good real estate salespeople. The successful candidate should be a network builder, people person and proactive recruiter, rather than someone who simply posts vacancies and waits for applications. Employment Type Full-time
