HR Recruiter - Banking sales hiring

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Meet and exceed assigned monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports. Support the creation and posting of job advertisements and engaging recruitment content. Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities and operational requirements. Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruiting for UAE banking sales roles. Strong and active network of candidates within the UAE banking industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets in the UAE banking sector What We Offer Fixed salary of up to AED 3,500, based on relevant UAE experience.
