Experience
Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably within the manpower outsourcing/staffing industry. Client
Experience
Proven experience handling Government clients in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding, deployment and offboarding
- Employee relations and grievance handling
- Client coordination and relationship management
- HR documentation and employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Added Advantage: Chinese language proficiency
- Salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month
- Joining: Immediate preferred; maximum 30 days’ notice
- Employment Type Full-time
