HR Manager

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee attendance, leave management, personnel files, and HR documentation. Handle employee relations, workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable Syrian labor laws and employment regulations. Coordinate payroll preparation, compensation, benefits, and employee records. Develop performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes. Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives. Prepare HR reports, staffing plans, and workforce analyses for management. Support organizational development, employee engagement, and retention. Coordinate with department managers to address staffing requirements and operational needs Provide HR guidance and regular workforce reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise. Experience in industries like technology, finance, or healthcare, where HR practices are evolving rapidly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
