HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR operations and work closely with senior management across the Group. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE HR experience, with a background in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or large multi-business organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations across the organization. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations. Manage HR operations across UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities. Support both blue-collar and white-collar employees, including manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution teams. Lead employee engagement, learning, development, and retention initiatives. Provide HR advice and support to senior management and department heads. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience. Key Requirements 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant managerial or leadership experience. Strong experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, trading, or similar large-scale business environments. Proven experience managing HR operations across UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities. Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR compliance. Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces. Strong background in HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, employee engagement, and talent development. Proven ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise in human resources practices and principles. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, manufacturing) to bring relevant insights and best practices. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable to cater to diverse workforce needs. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements to navigate legal landscapes effectively.
