Desired Candidate Profile

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 7 10 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Manufacturing or FMCG background (food production is a big plus). Deep expertise in Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance processes. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and emotional intelligence. Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office. Fluent Arabic and English.
