HR Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced strategic roles. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development in a corporate environment. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent to demonstrate commitment to the profession and advanced knowledge.
