HR Manager

Responsibilities

Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training Support of other regional teams on occasional basis

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures Experience of working with external vendors Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments English level: B2+ Ukrainian level: B2+
