HR Executive

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and strengthen its HR function in Madinah for our Tourism & Hospitality industry business. This role will focus on recruitment, employee development, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment activities, including identifying staffing requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to improve performance and build workforce capabilities. Support performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development and performance-related matters. Ensure HR practices align with internal policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates. Advise management on HR-related matters, employee concerns, and workforce requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector. Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment practices, and employee management. Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management.
