HR Executive

Manage overseas manpower sourcing activities based on client and project workforce requirements across skilled and unskilled categories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and sourcing partners across key labour markets. Coordinate candidate shortlisting, screening, documentation, verification, selection, and deployment readiness while maintaining an active recruitment pipeline. Negotiate recruitment terms, sourcing costs, timelines, and delivery commitments with overseas partners to ensure reliable and commercially viable manpower supply. Work closely with Sales, Operations, HR, and management teams to align manpower availability with confirmed and upcoming business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience in overseas recruitment, manpower sourcing, staffing, or bulk workforce procurement. Good knowledge of international labor markets, particularly South Asia and Africa, with an existing recruitment agency network considered a strong advantage. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, follow-up, coordination, and recruitment pipeline management skills. Practical understanding of candidate documentation, visa-related processes, mobilization, and overseas worker deployment procedures. Strong communication skills in English with the ability to manage multiple recruitment partners, priorities, deadlines, and manpower requirements simultaneously. Employment Type Full-time
