HR Coordinator

Liaise with government authorities (LMRA, SIO, Sijilat) for work permits, visas, and labour compliance Process and renew employee work permits and residence documentation Handle commercial registration and licensing matters via Sijilat Manage social insurance registrations and updates through SIO Support end-to-end HR functions: onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and documentation Stay updated on changes to Bahrain labour law and government portal requirements Assist with Bahrainization/localization compliance as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience as an HR Coordinator/Officer in Bahrain, with hands-on use of LMRA, SIO, and Sijilat portals Strong understanding of Bahrain labour law and work permit processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage Employment Type Full-time
