HR Coordinator - People Operation - Onboarding - Abu Dhabi

Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR system updates. Support employees and Account Managers with HR-related queries, letters, leave requests, payroll inputs, and general employee services. Coordinate onboarding, visa, labour card, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and other employment-related processes with internal teams. Maintain accurate employee data in SundusHub and other HR systems, ensuring documents and records are complete and up to date. Monitor assigned HR tasks, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and ensure employee requests are completed within agreed timelines and service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Degree / BTech with 1 to 4 years experience in HR Operations and handling bulk onboarding. Preferably working in outsourcing company. Employment Type Full-time
