HR Business Partner

To contribute to the development of the HR strategy in the respective Region s donation centers and play a key role in implementation and delivery through effective partnerships with Divisional Management or General Managers. Facilitate implementation/change process related to re-design and organizational changes, to suit business needs ensuring HR processes are followed (meeting requirements) and understood. Bonus Program: Support management in defining critical objectives for their teams as context for setting SMART objectives and facilitate the team engagement/alignment. Merit Increase Program: Support management to ensure the best possible outcome when implementing a merit pay program.
