HR Business Partner

Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives. Provide counsel on employee relations and performance management issues. Identify and address learning and development needs across the organisation. Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational policies. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in HR practices within the financial services industry. Proficiency in analysing HR data to support business decisions. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance. Experience in workforce planning and talent management. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
