HR Business Partner - Oil & Gas

We re Hiring: HR Business Partner (Oil & Gas / Energy) Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt a leading player in the energy sector with operations across the UAE, Qatar, Libya, and Africa. We re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and act as a strategic partner to business leaders , driving impactful people initiatives across key business units. What You ll Do: Strategic HR Partnership Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design. Talent & Organizational Development Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor, handling complex cases and fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Performance Management Lead performance cycles, support managers, and ensure continuous employee development. Change Management Support and lead transformation initiatives while promoting adaptability and engagement. HR Analytics & Insights Leverage HR data to drive decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
