HR Advisor

Provides professional advice and support on strategic, operational, policy and organizational matters to enable informed decision-making. Key responsibilities may include: Advise management and stakeholders on HR matters. Review and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes. Support organizational and workforce initiatives. Provide guidance on complex employee and organizational matters. Conduct analysis and develop recommendations. Support strategic HR projects and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous. Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for. Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development . Experience working within large and complex organizations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices. Excellent written and spoken English. Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
