Hospitality Sales Manager

B2B Business Development: Identify, target, and secure premium bedding contract opportunities in new hotel developments, refurbishments, and mega-projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East. Key Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with corporate hotel chains, hospitality procurement groups, interior designers, fit-out contractors, and developers. Pipeline & Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end commercial bidding process, from tracking project pipelines and preparing RFPs (Request for Proposals) to negotiating pricing and final contracts. Technical Product Advisory: Present Sealy s technical specifications, product durability, and health/ergonomic benefits clearly to project stakeholders and engineers. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and upcoming hospitality master plans to position Sealy as the preferred sleep-system partner. Education

Must hold a valid Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution.

Experience

Exactly 10+ years of active experience in high-end sales targeting the hospitality ecosystem. Direct experience in commercial bedding, luxury furniture, or premium building materials is highly preferred.
