Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: -Diagnose and repair home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, cookers, etc.). -Perform servicing and maintenance at customer locations or service centers. -Identify faults and replace defective parts using approved tools and guidelines. -Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. -Maintain service reports and spare parts records. -Provide professional customer support and explain repairs. -Follow company safety standards and service procedures. -Coordinate with the technical team and spare parts department to complete repairs on time.
