Health & Safety Manager

Assist the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs. Audit the project and its worksites against corporate standards. Inspect worksites to detect hazard; provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks associated with exposure to the hazards. Create and submit written audit and inspection reports. Monitor project or program work planning and performance; verify planning and work performance conforms to Parsons Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system. Implement Parsons occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes. Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; creates and submits regular analysis reports. Perform regulatory and best practice SH&E training. Create and maintains SH&E training records. Participate in routine safe work briefings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience) NEBOSH Certification (or equivalent) with minimum 8 years' experience and at least 4 years in a similar role Working knowledge of federal and state SH&E regulations and reporting procedures Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
