Head of Product Development

Product & Technical Leadership Own the full product lifecycle and deliver a strong, aligned product roadmap. Work closely with founders and customers to translate needs into features. Lead and mentor the development team, setting modern best practices. Drive an AI-first workflow, ensuring fast, efficient, and future-ready development. Engineering & Development Oversee development using the MERN Stack and contribute directly when needed. Support Python-based and AI-integrated projects. Ensure clean architecture, scalability, and high performance. Implement version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and quality standards. Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps Manage infrastructure hosted on AWS and ensure reliable deployment pipelines. Optimize performance, scalability, cost, and security. Oversee system health, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness. AI-Driven Innovation Integrate AI tools, ML models, automation frameworks, and next-gen methodologies. Replace slow, traditional coding habits with fast, modern, AI-assisted workflows. Identify and deliver AI-powered product features.

Requirements

• Technical Skills Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN)
• Solid experience with Python
• Mandatory experience in AI-assisted coding, LLMs, or ML integrations
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC)
• Strong understanding of architecture, microservices, and system design
• Leadership & Product Experience Proven experience leading development or product teams
• Strong product mindset with the ability to turn business needs into tech solutions
• Experience in SaaS development is a major plus
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
