We empower clients to offer seamless digital gifting experiences across multiple categories from gaming and entertainment to lifestyle and retail. We are ready to hand over the product keys. As our first structured Head of Product, your mission is to transition us from a high-velocity, founder-led setup into an empowered, data-driven product powerhouse. Based in Dubai, you will architect our product vision, scale our API-first platform, and lead our product team to deliver world-class infrastructure across rewards, payments, and embedded finance. Chart the Course Own the roadmap: Translate our ambitious company vision into actionable, high-impact roadmaps across our core domains (catalogue, rewards, payments, payouts, and integrations). Spot the next big thing: Keep your finger on the pulse of fintech, loyalty, and embedded finance to unlock new growth engines. Scale the Engine Build for scale: Lead the evolution of our high-volume, global B2B API-first platform. Partner with giants: Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Ops to ship custom enterprise deployments and seamless partner integrations. Build the Dream Team Hire and mentor: Recruit, coach, and elevate a high-performing product team. Ditch the chaos, keep the speed: Introduce just enough structure (OKRs, continuous discovery, smart prioritization) to transition us from founder-led decisions to truly autonomous, empowered teams Drive delivery: Partner with our engineering team (40-60 strong) to turn ideas into production-ready code. Let the Data Talk Measure what matters: Establish tight feedback loops, define clear product KPIs, and use hard data alongside customer insights to ruthlessly prioritize. Desired Candidate Profile You ve done this before - you have a proven track record as a Head of Product or Director of Product in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or FinTech environment. You have deep experience building developer-facing, platform-centric products and handling complex enterprise integrations. You are a "0-to-1" and "1-to-10" builder - you know exactly how to transition a startup from founder-led product design to a structured, scalable org without losing the startup speed. You have commercial hustle: You don't just build cool tech; you build products that move business metrics. You know how to balance technical debt with business velocity.
