Head - Technology

The Head of Technical will lead the company’s engineering and technology function and will be responsible for converting the business and product vision into scalable, secure, and commercially successful software platforms. The role requires a hands-on technology leader who can manage developers, establish strong engineering practices, review architecture and code, improve product quality, and ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, technology management, product development, or related roles. At least 4–6 years of experience leading technical or engineering teams. Demonstrated experience building and scaling SaaS, enterprise, analytics, or operational software platforms. Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, cybersecurity, DevOps, and quality assurance. Experience managing multiple technology functions, including web, mobile, backend, cloud, QA, and AI. Experience working with enterprise customers and handling complex technical requirements. Experience in maritime, offshore, logistics, industrial, HSE, ERP, or operational technology will be an advantage. Experience supporting ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, VAPT, or enterprise security assessments will be highly desirable. Employment Type Full-time
