Al-Futtaim Automotive is currently building a strong pool of talented Guest Relation Officers for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches, providing a warm welcome, understanding the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to the appropriate team. You will play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer journey from the moment customers enter the branch until they leave. If you are confident, approachable, customer-focused, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. What You Will Do Provide customers with a warm and professional welcome when entering the branch. Identify the purpose of each customer's visit and understand their needs. Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member. Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive. Support a seamless customer journey throughout their branch experience. Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch. Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About the Team You will be part of the Retail Sales team, working closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and branch support colleagues. Together, the team is focused on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience throughout their visit. What Equips You for the Role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the automotive industry. Strong written and spoken English. A confident, engaging, and customer-focused personality. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.
