Group Marketing Manager

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the overall marketing, branding and communications strategy for the Group and its subsidiaries across real estate, retail, FMCG/hypermarket and real estate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Group and subsidiary marketing and brand strategies
• Manage digital marketing, social media, paid advertising and lead-generation campaigns
• Plan and manage the annual marketing calendar and budget, tracking ROI and campaign performance
• Drive real estate sales leads, retail footfall, customer engagement and loyalty programmes
• Manage CRM, customer databases, market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with and manage marketing agencies, media and external suppliers
• Lead the marketing team and establish effective marketing SOPs and reporting processes
• Monitor KPIs including leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROAS, footfall and customer engagement

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Strong multi-brand/multi-sector marketing experience, preferably in Retail and/or Real Estate. Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, lead generation and marketing analytics. Experience in budget management, CRM and loyalty programmes preferred. Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. Oman/GCC market experience is preferred. Employment Type Full-time
