Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Social Media management to join our team and manage the visual identity and digital presence of our architecture, interior design, luxury hotel, and high-rise development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, architecture, interiors, photography, typography, and branding, combined with the ability to create engaging social media content that reflects a premium brand. Graphic Design Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual materials for architecture, interior design, hospitality, and real estate projects. Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, presentations, brochures, advertisements, invitations, company profiles, and marketing materials. Create project presentation boards, mood boards, project portfolios, and promotional graphics. Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all communications. Develop graphics for luxury hotel, residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. Prepare artwork for both digital and print applications. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, photographers, and marketing teams to transform project concepts into compelling visual content. Retouch and enhance architectural and interior photography when required. Social Media Management Develop and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Create monthly content calendars aligned with project launches, company activities, events, and marketing campaigns. Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, videos, and project features. Write or coordinate compelling captions and appropriate hashtags. Maintain a sophisticated and consistent brand voice across all social media channels. Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Stay informed about current design, architecture, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, and social media trends. Brand & Marketing Support the development and maintenance of corporate branding guidelines. Assist with marketing campaigns, project launches, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities. Create presentations and marketing collateral for clients, investors, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure all creative materials meet the company's quality and brand standards. Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, printers, and other creative suppliers when required.
