Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are a Qatar-based technology talent consultancy delivering specialist technology consulting services to organisations across the country. Phase 1 — Launchpad Internship (Up to 3 Months) The Launchpad is a structured, fully funded internship designed to prepare participants for professional technology roles and consulting engagements. During this phase, participants receive: Industry-recognised certifications from IBM, Google, Microsoft, and other leading technology providers Dedicated mentorship from senior technology specialists Practical experience through structured projects and simulations Professional development focused on communication, delivery, workplace culture and professional standards A clear pathway to employment upon successful completion of the internship The internship is unpaid, as this phase is dedicated to learning and professional development. We fully fund all training, certifications, mentoring and development at zero cost to you. Phase 2 — Employment & Client Deployment Upon successful completion of the Launchpad, candidates join our active talent pool and are considered for live client projects as suitable opportunities become available.
