Government Relations (GR) Associate

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support employee lifecycle documentation and government relations activities across Aster Retail UAE operations, ensuring timely visa processing, renewals, cancellations and compliance with UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Process employment visas, entry permits, renewals, status changes and visa cancellations. Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA and other UAE government authorities. Handle labor contracts, renewals, amendments and employee documentation. Track visa and Emirates ID expiry dates and ensure timely action. Support onboarding and offboarding documentation requirements. Liaise with PROs and government agencies for submissions and approvals. Maintain accurate employee records and compliance reports. Respond to employee queries related to visa and labor matters. Ensure adherence to UAE labor and immigration regulations. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. 2-4 years of UAE experience in Government Relations, PRO or HR Operations. Knowledge of UAE visa, labor card, Emirates ID and immigration processes. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills.
