Go Developer

The company develops digital solutions supporting travel, automotive, health, and assistance services, with a strong focus on scalable technology, real-time data, and digital customer experiences. You’ll work on the backend of a global digital platform, building scalable, reliable microservices and real-time solutions that power customer-facing applications and integrate with core insurance and third-party systems. Tech stack: Go gRPC / REST APIs Microservices PostgreSQL RabbitMQ / Kafka Docker Grafana / Prometheus Real-time data processing & event-driven architecture Unit & integration testing AI solutions and integrations Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of commercial software development experience 3+ years of commercial Go experience Higher education in Computer Science or a related field Strong knowledge of Go concurrency: goroutines, channels Production experience with gRPC-based microservices Strong PostgreSQL skills, including schema design, query optimization and migrations Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ Experience designing and implementing REST APIs Unit and integration testing experience Experience with Grafana and Prometheus Understanding of scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant systems Experience with complex integrations, preferably in FinTech, banking or other regulated industries Experience with AI implementation/configuration within a development team Agile/Scrum experience English: Upper-Intermediate or higher Conditions Fully remote Fixed working schedule aligned with CET Long-term contract: 1 year with automatic renewal Hourly rate discussed individually, based on experience and expertise Employment Type Full-time
