Reporting directly to the Chairman, this is a high-impact leadership role where you will take full ownership of strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitable growth. You will build on our strong legacy, elevate our market position, and help steer the business across the UAE, Middle East, and global markets. ________________________________________ � KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Develop and execute long-range and annual business plans, presenting progress and strategy directly to the Chairman Drive revenue expansion across MICE, corporate travel, DMC, B2B & B2E segments — UAE, Middle East, and international markets Identify new market opportunities, refine product portfolios, and build high-value partnerships with DMCs, suppliers, and tourism bodies worldwide Represent the company at international travel fairs and industry forums — positioning our brand as a preferred market leader Operations & Financial Stewardship Oversee end-to-end daily operations — ensuring efficiency, service quality, and seamless delivery Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control — delivering sustainable profitability and reporting performance directly to the Chairman Lead product development, destination sourcing, and digital sales & marketing strategies Establish and refine systems, workflows, and standards to support scalable growth Team & Relationship Management Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of up to 30 professionals — nurturing talent and driving performance Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, government entities, and industry partners Negotiate agreements, manage key accounts, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction across all touchpoints Provide regular strategic updates, market insights, and business recommendations directly to the Chairman ________________________________________ � WHY JOIN US Direct line to leadership — report to the Chairman and influence decisions at the highest level Prestigious, established enterprise with strong market reputation and ambitious growth plans Full autonomy to lead strategy, innovate, and make a meaningful impact Competitive senior leadership remuneration — base salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to build on a solid foundation and take our division to new heights ________________________________________ ✅ WHO YOU ARE 10+ years progressive leadership experience in travel & tourism — minimum 5 years at General Manager or equivalent senior level Deep expertise in MICE, DMC operations, corporate travel, B2B/B2E sales, and destination management Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and team leadership within the UAE market Strong commercial acumen — skilled in negotiation, strategic partnership building, and market expansion Experienced in reporting to top-level leadership — comfortable presenting strategy, performance, and recommendations to the Chairman Fluent in English; additional languages are a distinct advantage Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field ________________________________________ � APPLY NOW Send your CV and a brief cover note outlining your vision for this role to: Subject: Application — General Manager, Travel & Tourism Division (Reporting to Chairman)
