To drive commercial growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a seasoned, strategic Mall Manager to oversee the complete operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a landmark retail destination in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Core Tasks P&L & Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee the mall s entire profit and loss (P&L), develop annual budgets, optimize operational expenditures, and maximize Net Operating Income (NOI). Tenant Relationship & Lease Management: Serve as the executive liaison for hundreds of retail, F&B, and anchor tenants, ensuring high lease compliance, timely rent collection, and optimal occupancy rates. Operations & Facility Governance: Supervise mall facilities, MEP infrastructure, housekeeping, crowd management, and health, safety, and security (HSE) standards to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Footfall & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to devise footfall-driving activations, seasonal campaigns, and community events that elevate the mall s brand positioning and retail sales. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance: Maintain five-star visitor service standards across all public zones, amenities, and parking structures to deliver an exceptional guest journey. Regulatory Compliance & Authority Liaison: Ensure full alignment with Saudi governmental authorities, Baladiyah, Civil Defense, and local commercial guidelines. Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional departmental managers and on-site contractors to sustain peak operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile Key Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive retail/property management experience, including proven leadership in running large-scale shopping malls housing hundreds of retail and F&B units. Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
