General Manager - Electromechanical Contracting

Spearhead all operational aspects of electromechanical contracting projects, ensuring seamless execution from inception to handover. Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships to expand market share. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis, to meet strategic objectives. Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes productivity and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in the electromechanical contracting industry, with a proven track record. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly desirable. Extensive experience in managing large-scale electromechanical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
