Full Stack Developer / Lead

Lead the design and implementation of full stack web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js Define and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices Architect and optimize database schemas and queries for both SQL and NoSQL data stores Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical specifications Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of applications Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies Desired Candidate Profile 4 6 years of professional full stack development experience Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized SQL queries Proficiency with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration Experience with version control systems (Git) Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience, including mentoring or coaching peers Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
