Full Stack Developer — Backend Heavy

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs. Build and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot or Node.js. Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers. Develop event-driven systems using Kafka. Implement caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed workflows. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Build frontend features using React.js / Next.js. Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams. Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code. Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
