Freight Operation Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor domestic UAE and GCC cross-border land freight operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective transportation. Support efficient shipment execution through effective coordination with transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily domestic and cross-border land freight movements. Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with transport providers and customs agents for smooth freight execution. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures. Verify shipping documentation and support customs clearance activities. Track operational performance, manage exceptions, and identify process improvements. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support efficient operations and service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or land freight operations, including UAE domestic and GCC cross-border movements. Knowledge of land freight operations, customs processes, and transport documentation. Experience with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
