FM Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily FM operations on-site, ensuring maintenance and service tasks are completed on time and to standard. Assign, monitor, and follow up on work orders raised through the CAFM system. Generate and analyze maintenance, inspection, and performance reports for management review. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with technicians and vendors. Conduct site inspections and ensure timely closure of snags and compliance issues. Act as the point of contact for client queries and escalations on-site. Ensure HSE standards and company SOPs are followed by all site staff. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field). 2–5 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance supervision. Hands-on experience with CAFM systems (work order management, tracking, reporting). Strong report generation and data analysis skills. Good knowledge of AC, Civil, MEP and soft services operations. Ability to lead and manage on-site teams. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Interview: In-person, at Injaaz Facilities Management, Ajman.
