2–4 years of UAE automotive dealership experience Availability: Immediate Joiner Language: Native Arabic Speaker Job Overview MK Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Fleet Sales Consultant to join our OMODA & JAECOO dealership in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fleet and corporate sales within the UAE automotive dealership sector, with a proven ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate, SME, semi-government, and government clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE fleet and corporate market. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, government, and semi-government organizations. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, closing, and delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and fleet pricing to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual fleet sales targets. Requirements 2–4 years of proven UAE experience in automotive dealership fleet sales. Experience handling corporate, SME, government, and semi-government accounts is mandatory. Strong existing network and knowledge of the UAE fleet/corporate automotive market will be an advantage. Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales objectives. Valid UAE driving license. Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is well-connected within the UAE corporate and institutional market, understands fleet purchasing requirements, and can independently generate and close fleet business. Experience with government and semi-government tenders and institutional accounts will be highly advantageous. Employment Type Full-time
