Fixed Assets Controller

Asset Tracking & Tagging: Manage daily bookkeeping, prepare monthly/annual financial reports & supporting schedules, and handle bank reconciliations, maintain the fixed asset register Label and log new capital additions, capturing serial numbers, costs, and locations. Lifecycle Management: Oversee asset transfers between departments, capitalization of projects (CIP/WIP), and authorized disposals or write-offs. Financial Accounting: Compute monthly depreciation and amortization and perform general ledger reconciliations. Audits & Verification: Lead periodic physical stock counts and investigate variances. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Experience

At least 3 years of specialized asset management or financial controlling background.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (esp
• Excel) & accounting software and/or Odoo ERP. Abilities: Strong analytical skills, high integrity, and excellent communication abilities for interacting with staff and parents, Strong knowledge of IFRS capital rules, high attention to detail, and audit compliance
• Reports: Strong knowledge in preparation of assigned reports with all lead & supporting schedules
