Fire Fighting Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems. Lead and manage firefighting technicians and site workforce. Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations, NFPA standards, and HSE requirements. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection systems. Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis for firefighting systems. Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for fire alarm and suppression systems. Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation. Monitor site safety practices and ensure adherence to project quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely completion of works. Manage work schedules, manpower allocation, and project progress tracking. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or related field. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in firefighting systems installation and maintenance. Proven experience as Fire Fighting Supervisor or Foreman in the UAE. Strong knowledge of: Fire Alarm Systems Sprinkler Systems Hydrant & Hose Reel Systems Fire Pump Systems FM-200 Systems Foam, Deluge & Pre-Action Systems Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems Good understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense requirements. Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. UAE experience is mandatory. UAE Driving License is preferred.
