Financial Analyst – Retail and Brand Performance

The Financial Analyst – Retail and Brand Performance is responsible for providing key commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support for our Company Retail channel and Brands across UAE. The role acts as a key link between Finance, Business Channels, Marketing, Supply chain and key stakeholders by providing clear actionable insights and practical recommendations to support business decisions. 1. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. Professional qualification, part-qualified CIMA, CMA or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or commercial finance. Experience in FMCG, trading, wholesale, distribution, or beauty products industry is preferred. Good understanding of margin analysis, planning, insights and performance measurement. Advanced user of Excel, experience of building dashboards, Power BI, Qlik Sense. Strong communication and ability to work across multiple channels and functions. SAP experience is strongly preferred. Employment Type Full-time
