Finance Transformation Analyst

Free Hiring for || FINANCE EXECUTIVE || Oman Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities . Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS, and management reports . Perform financial data analysis and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Support finance process improvement and transformation initiatives . Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of reporting activities. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Support reconciliations, financial analysis, and other accounting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve finance-related issues. Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy across finance processes. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Finance Reporting, Process Improvement, Automation, or Finance Transformation. Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance. Good MS Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn and adapt.
