Finance Officer

Independently handling of accounts up to finalization, such as Preparation of Balance sheets, Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statements and monitoring all schedules related thereon. The work mainly includes follow up of accounts receivables (supplier on account) in coordination with supplier, arrangement of statements, handling of customer correspondences, Bank Correspondences, submission of monthly receivable report to Chief Finance Officer. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports. Ensuring completeness of month closing activities strictly within deadlines including but not limited to allocation and posting of expenses and revenue, posting of journal entries including month-end adjustments Collaborate with the auditors for the completion of financial year end audits. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. Daily Bank Report Supporting VAT return filing, budgets, and forecasting processes Responsible for maintaining and preparing prepayment and accrual schedules, respective JVs, and adjustments Reconciliation of E Dirhams Account and Other Immigration Account Like “Noqodi” Preparing Invoice Discounting with the banks Preparation of Claim from the Insurance Company (WMC, Marine and Property All Risk) Take Care of All Utilities (Dewa, Etisalat and Etc..) Booking of all insurance expense including (Medical, Vehicle, PAR etc...) Car Rental, Salik Petrol, Building Maintenance, Store Expenses, Labor and Immigration Expense and Etc…. Maintain supplier on account receivables that includes reconciliation of supplier accounts, raising debit notes, follow up of overseas commission, purchase discounts, bonus compensation, samples, institutional sales etc. Required to pass day to day accounting entries to keep updated financial information’s and to maintain and scrutinize ledgers Accounts payable/receivable follow-up and processing Preparing of Monthly Non-Recoverable Vat Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow Reports Proper management of cash, booking of Invoice and disbursement of cash, ensure the cash has been closed daily.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in finance Accounting experience Excellent in MS Excel 0+ years of finance experience English language skills in verbal and written communication. Excellent on MS Office and ERP Accounting System Employment Type Full-time
