Finance Manager

Our client is a well-established organization seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic business planning. The Role The Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and financial planning. Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will provide financial guidance that supports operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Lead the finance department and oversee daily financial operations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Manage internal and external audit activities. Develop financial controls and risk management processes. Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions. Supervise finance team performance and development. Present financial performance reports to senior management. Support strategic planning and investment evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred. 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including management responsibility. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting. Experience leading finance teams. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
