Finance Manager – F&B Industry

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial performance across restaurant branches. Monitor food costs, labour costs, operating expenses, and cost-control measures. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and monthly closing activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with Qatar's applicable tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in Qatar is mandatory. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Experience in multi-branch restaurant operations and F&B cost management is highly desirable. Good knowledge of Qatar's tax regulations and statutory financial requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
