Finance Manager - Job orders costing experience-Male Required

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support business growth through effective financial planning and control. Experience in the manufacturing sector will be considered a strong advantage. Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

-Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements -Manage cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis for manufacturing operations -Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions -Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax) and other statutory requirements -Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities -Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and financial procedures -Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making -Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations -Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation measures Key

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field -Minimum 7–10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role -Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment with job order costing is highly preferred -Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) -In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations -Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Employment Type Full-time
