Finance & Business Performance Manager

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Prepare management accounts, KPI dashboards and board reports. Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and optimize liquidity. Improve collections and reduce DSO. Analyze profitability by project, customer and business unit. Support pricing and commercial decisions. Monitor budgets and identify cost savings. Support investment due diligence and financial models. Improve ERP utilization and reporting automation. Ensure IFRS, VAT and audit compliance. Plan and manage bank facilities and company finance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business. CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred. 8 12 years of relevant experience. Technology, engineering, consulting or project-based business experience.
