Female Car Rental Agent

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the most suitable rental vehicle based on their needs and budget. Efficiently process rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, including driver's licenses and payment information. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rental periods, documenting any existing damage to protect both the customer and the company. Provide clear and concise information about rental terms, conditions, insurance options, and fuel policies. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or hospitality industry, is highly valued. Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems, including rental software and standard office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
