Executive Senior HR Advisor

Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing high-level strategic counsel on critical organizational initiatives, transformation, governance and HR policy. Key responsibilities may include: Provide strategic HR counsel to executive leadership. Advise on organizational transformation and workforce strategy. Support executive decision-making on complex people matters. Provide guidance on HR governance, policy and organizational effectiveness. Lead or advise on high-impact strategic initiatives. Develop recommendations addressing long-term organizational priorities and workforce requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous. Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for. Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development . Experience working within large and complex organizations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices. Excellent written and spoken English. Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
