Executive Quality- Fit Out

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Executive Quality Role Summary: The Executive-Quality is responsible for ensuring that all fit-out works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. The role oversees inspections throughout project execution to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Inspect site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans and quality checklists. Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Monitor joinery, gypsum, stone, painting, flooring, ceiling, and finishing works. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions. Verify completed works before consultant inspections and project handover. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: 10+ years Industry Preference: Interior Fit out Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, stone, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is preferred. Good communication and coordination abilities with clients, consultants, and project teams.
