Executive Engagement Lead

Engage with registered exhibitors, buyers and investors to identify their meeting requirements and business objectives. Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to encourage participation in the Meetings Programme. Profile participants and identify suitable meeting matches based on intent, sectors, products, markets and business interests. Propose relevant companies and profiles for meetings. Coordinate meeting requests between participants and secure mutual acceptance. Schedule and confirm meetings through the designated meetings platform Follow up consistently with participants to maximise meeting confirmations and attendance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and telephone skills with confidence speaking to CXOs and senior business professionals. Previous experience in B2B events, exhibitions, delegate acquisition, telesales, customer service, business development or appointment setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach when dealing with exhibitors, buyers, executives and international participants. Ability to understand a participant's business objectives and recommend appropriate meeting recommendations. Good working knowledge of all Microsoft 365 tools; experience with meeting platforms would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules, participant information and multiple meetings. Comfortable working with daily activity and meeting targets/KPIs. Ability to manage a high volume of calls, emails and follow-ups. Employment Type Contract
